About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and experience in managing multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets and position specifications.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and other channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience and role suitability.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews with the concerned teams.

• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.

• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.

• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations and candidate closures.

• Conduct reference/background checks wherever applicable.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on open positions, TAT, closures and joining status.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.

• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and hiring budgets.

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Excellent sourcing and candidate networking skills.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight timelines.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.

• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in technical, sales, service, engineering, scientific instruments, or corporate hiring will be preferred.
