Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and closing candidates across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and management.
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and daily hiring updates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining dates.
• Manage offer negotiation and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate joining formalities and support the onboarding process.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
