Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, corporate, and site-level positions. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk hiring requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–15 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets simultaneously.
• Candidates with experience in Engineering, Power, Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
