Position Overview

ClickView Innovation Private Limited is seeking a motivated and people-focused IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will support the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and pre-onboarding engagement. You will work closely with hiring managers and technology teams to identify qualified professionals across software development, cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, job portals, professional networks, and relevant technology communities.
• Create and use Boolean search strings to identify candidates with specific technical skills.
• Review resumes and online profiles to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified technology professionals for current and future requirements.
• Develop positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

2. Candidate Screening and Assessment

• Conduct initial telephone or video screening interviews.
• Assess candidates technical backgrounds, project experience, communication skills, career goals, availability, and overall suitability.
• Develop a basic understanding of technologies such as frontend and backend development, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommend suitable profiles to hiring managers.
• Communicate job expectations, work arrangements, compensation details, and recruitment timelines clearly to candidates.

3. Interview and Recruitment Coordination

• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and candidate expectations.
• Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, interviews, and panel discussions.
• Schedule interviews and ensure candidates receive timely updates at every stage.
• Collect interview feedback from hiring teams and update candidates professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, feedback, and recruitment activity in the ATS or recruitment tracker.

4. Offer and Pre-Onboarding Support

• Assist with offer discussions, documentation, notice-period tracking, and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with selected candidates during their notice period.
• Support efforts to improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Basic understanding of common technology roles, skills, and terminology.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, frontend/backend frameworks, AWS, Azure, SQL, NoSQL, DevOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, ATS platforms, or candidate databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in technical recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with an IT staffing agency, recruitment consultancy, technology company, or startup.
• Exposure to recruiting for software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience working with hiring managers or technical interview panels.
• Familiarity with employer branding, candidate engagement, social media recruitment, or technology communities.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring funnel tracking.
