Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Own BPO/KPO client relationships act as single point of contact for assigned accounts
• Run the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Manage a portfolio of Tech and Non-Tech mandates simultaneously, hitting monthly onboarding targets
• Flag and resolve mandate risks early (budget gaps, delays, offer drops)
• Send fewer, sharper candidate profiles instead of high-volume submissions
• Track pipeline and report closures weekly; keep the ATS updated
• Spot opportunities to grow mandates within existing BPO/KPO accounts

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment, with hands-on BPO/KPO hiring experience specifically (general corporate hiring background will not be considered)
• Hands-on experience managing BPO/KPO client accounts directly (not via an intermediary/agency layer)
• Proven, consistent track record of hitting closure targets in a BPO/KPO environment
• Experience hiring across BPO/KPO functions: Voice/Non-Voice Ops, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Back-Office Processing

Nice to Have

• Exposure to both Tech and Non-Tech mandates
• Experience with BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Technology BPO/KPO clients
• Comfort handling counter-offers, long notice periods, and multi-offer candidates
• Strong LinkedIn/Naukri sourcing and Boolean search skill
