Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, talent mapping, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical engineering positions.
• Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, offer conversion, and hiring quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in White Collar and Blue Collar hiring within Engineering/Manufacturing organizations.
• Strong exposure to bulk hiring and campus recruitment (Engineering Colleges, ITIs, Polytechnics).
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and offer management skills.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring channels.
