Role Overview
The role involves end-to-end recruitment along with client interaction, offering exposure to both candidate and client
management.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
• Sourcing candidates for recruitment at leading corporate organizations across sectors
• Mapping competitor organizations to identify and attract relevant talent
• Interviewing candidates and shortlisting suitable profiles for specific job requirements
• Developing new clients and maintaining existing client relationships
• Managing and guiding a small team to ensure delivery targets are met
• Organizing databases and maintaining mapping sheets
• Preparing reference sheets for candidates
• Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery

Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 2 years and maximum 10 years of core recruitment experience (recruitment experience specifically is
required, not just any work experience)
• Immediate joiners only
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills (Non-negotiable)
• Quick learner with good presence of mind
• Ability to interact with senior corporate professionals
• Comfortable working on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work from office in Aundh, Pune
• Post-graduates preferred
