Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via various channels.
• Conduct screenings and interviews.
• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends.

Must Haves:

• 1-3 years in recruitment, especially in Finance & Accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of F&A job functions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools.
