Talent Acquisition Executive

Position: Hiring Executive.
Location: Thane (Work from Office)

We're looking for an experienced Hiring Executive to join our growing team!

Youll work closely with leadership to drive hiring for key technical roles ( .Net, Angular, React, Python, Data science etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Source top talent using job portals, social media & professional networks
• Conduct screening calls & schedule interviews
• Coordinate with panels and maintain candidate databases
  

Skills Needed:
Strong knowledge of IT roles & hiring trends
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Email, and Internet tools
