Job Description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with strong exposure to Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Experience in Contract, C2H, and permanent IT hiring.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in C2H and Contract hiring.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in Bellandur.Role & responsibilities
