Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, including bulk hiring and mass hiring.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fitment with client requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay updated on talent demands.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in BPO recruitment or non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sales hiring, lateral hiring, volume hiring, and mass recruitment processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
