- Experience: 24 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of hospitality recruitment and operational positions.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment TATs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/HRMS platforms.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
