Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Pune City. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection for various roles across the organization. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment-related documentation and metrics, and collaborating with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new team members. The Talent Acquisition Executive will help build strong talent pools, particularly for roles in real estate, hospitality, and supporting functions.
Qualifications

• Strong recruitment and hiring skills, including experience with Hiring and Recruiting processes.
• Effective Communication abilities, with clear verbal and written skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding practices, including promoting the organization's culture and opportunities across platforms.
• Experience or familiarity with IT Recruitment for technical and digital roles supporting business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
• Ability to use applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, along with basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
