About the Role

Speedioo is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who has experience working in a startup/high-growth environment and can build teams with speed and ownership.

This role is primarily focused on Non-Tech hiring, especially Sales hiring, with some exposure to Tech recruitment.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Drive hiring primarily for Sales, Business and Operations roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Manage multiple positions and ensure fast closures within defined timelines.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and strong joining conversion.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Mandatory startup/high-growth hiring experience.
• Strong experience in Sales & Non-Tech hiring.
• Ideal hiring exposure: 80% Non-Tech / 20% Tech.
• Candidates with only Tech hiring experience will not be considered.
• Strong sourcing and candidate closure skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven startup environment.
• Strong ownership, urgency and ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Comfortable with a Monday–Saturday working schedule.
