Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Job:
This is a Talent Acquisition Executive role at DDII, responsible for recruiting frontline fundraising staff for NGO campaigns, mainly supporting Greenpeace India.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, colleges, job fairs and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls/interactions.
• Assess candidates based on communication, experience and suitability for the role.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate the interview process.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring.
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
• Review sourcing effectiveness and identify new recruitment opportunities.
