Talent Acquisition Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, BIM, GIS, or Digital Construction recruitment.
• Experience handling bulk hiring and technical recruitment is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
