About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across non-technical and volume hiring requirements. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels, drive bulk and campus hiring initiatives, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and volume hiring requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Handle bulk hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Drive campus hiring and fresher recruitment by coordinating with colleges and placement teams.
• Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in developing and executing creative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in volume/bulk hiring and non-technical recruitment.
• Prior experience in campus hiring and fresher recruitment will be preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and interview coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
