This role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines and supporting the delivery of high-quality talent across business functions and markets. The role partners closely with TA Experts and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, identify relevant talent pools, and proactively engage candidates through data-driven sourcing and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA Experts, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements, business priorities, and critical talent needs.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent platforms, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and other relevant channels.
• Source, identify, and engage active and passive talent across functions, seniority levels, and geographical markets.
• Lead candidate outreach and initial talent engagement, effectively pitching roles, career opportunities, and the organizations EVP.
• Conduct resume screening, pre-assessments, and candidate qualification against defined role requirements before progressing suitable profiles.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and talent pools for critical, niche, and recurring roles.
• Participate in intake and calibration discussions with TA Experts to understand organizational objectives, competencies, and role-specific requirements.
• Promote job opportunities across career portals, internal platforms, social media, and external job boards to maximize talent reach.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and sourcing data within the ATS, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Engage candidates throughout the sourcing and screening journey, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates to strengthen long-term talent networks and talent communities.
• Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor research to identify talent trends, target organizations, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.
• Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, conversion rates, diversity hiring, and talent market trends, to continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

Your Profile

• 3-4 yrs of experience in talent sourcing, research, or recruitment, with strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Proven ability to screen, assess, and qualify candidate profiles against role requirements.
• Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates across functions and markets.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Able to adapt, navigate in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
