Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good understanding of technical profiles and experience hiring for infrastructure roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements and effectively screen candidates.
• Coordinate technical interviews, feedback, offers and joining.
• Manage candidate engagement and ensure smooth closure of positions.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and daily hiring updates.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements and maintain quality of profiles.

Preferred Technical Hiring Exposure

Candidates with recruitment experience for any of the following roles will be preferred:

• Desktop Engineer / Desktop Support
• Network Administrator / Network Engineer
• Cyber Security
• Network Security
• End User Support
• MDM Engineer
• Server / System Administration
• IT Infrastructure Support

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of IT Recruitment experience, preferably in IT Infrastructure.
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies and job profiles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Immediate Joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
