Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, engineering, manufacturing, and plant positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within assigned timelines.
• Support onboarding activities and candidate documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.

Preferred candidate profile

• Post Graduate (MBA-HR preferred).
• 3-6years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, or Corporate functions.
• Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and close vacancies within defined timelines.
• Candidates based in Gurgaon/NCR or willing to relocate will be preferred.
