Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.

• Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and regularly update the ATS/recruitment tracker.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
