Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, employers, and industry partners to stay updated on market trends.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients/candidates/employers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
