Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Your work profile

• End-to-end recruitment for lateral, leadership, and niche hiring across multiple service lines and business functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and a seamless recruitment process.
• Mentor recruiters, share recruitment best practices, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and hiring standards.

Key skills required:

Audit, Assurance, Banking, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Finance Transformation, Supply chain and operations, P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A and Finance roles.

• Strong experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition within Consulting, Professional Services, IT Services, or Global Capability Centers.
• Proven expertise in lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and niche technology or functional recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders and hiring managers.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search techniques.
• Experience in market mapping, talent intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring analysis.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing skills.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, or similar) and recruitment analytics.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and hiring governance.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while consistently meeting hiring SLAs.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within Consulting, Professional Services, or large enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume and strategic hiring across multiple business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and geographically distributed teams is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
