Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure top talent is selected for open positions.
• Ensure timely joining formalities are completed by new employees.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate offers effectively.
• Proficiency in generating offers, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
