Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions where required.
• • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• • Conduct initial telephonic to assess candidate suitability.
• • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• • Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
• • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• • Support offer rollout and documentation.
• • Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
• • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• • Support campus hiring initiatives when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.

• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
