Recruitment Position:

An entry-level opportunity to build practical experience across the recruitment lifecycle

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment professional to support our talent acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and onboarding in a Banking GCC setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Job descriptions and source candidate profiles through job portals, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Review and screen candidate profiles against role requirements and maintain accurate candidate shortlists.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate seamlessly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and status updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with job postings, offer documentation, pre-employment formalities, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure timely, professional, and courteous communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2-3 yrs experience IT, Banking operations recruitment
• Knowledge on ATS
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
