Job Summary

Blue Bells Group of Schools is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for teaching, non-teaching, administrative, and leadership positions across the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-quality talent aligned with the vision, values, and academic excellence standards of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate with Principals, Academic Heads, and Department Heads to understand staffing requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and professional networks.
• Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, demonstration classes, assessments, and selection processes.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment-related documentation.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate smooth induction and orientation of new employees.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and employee records.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as per organizational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, statutory requirements, and recruitment guidelines.
• Generate recruitment MIS reports and present hiring metrics to management.

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives to position Blue Bells Group of Schools as an employer of choice.
• Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events.
• Develop relationships with educational institutions and professional bodies for talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Prior experience in the Education Sector, Schools, Universities, or EdTech organizations will be preferred.
• Experience in hiring teaching and non-teaching staff will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of educational roles, qualifications, and statutory requirements related to school recruitment..
