Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback on applications, and negotiating offers.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required for various roles (e.g., software development, data analysis).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
