About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring timely closure of positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure positions are closed within defined hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Candidates with EdTech / startup recruitment experience will be preferred.
