Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source a large volume of candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and coordinate test assignments when applicable.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the interview process.
• Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process.
• Maintain timely and clear communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience.
• Track key recruitment metrics, on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring.
• Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions.
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines.
• Experience of using any ATS platform is preferred
