Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview results, and offer extensions.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., HR).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) software.
• prefers only 2025 or 2026 post graduates only  with some HR internship
