Talent Acquisition Executive - Volume Hiring

Role & responsibilities

• High-Volume Sourcing: Run mass recruitment campaigns using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, walk-in drives, and employee referrals.
• Rapid Screening: Conduct quick telephonic or virtual screening focused on spoken English proficiency, shift flexibility, and role fit.
• Interview Coordination: Manage large walk-in schedules, assessment rounds, and line-manager interviews.
• Pipeline & Target Management: Track daily joining metrics, minimize candidate drop-offs, and maintain daily MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally handling volume or BPO staffing.
• Skills: Strong communication, target orientation, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO operational dynamics, shift requirements, and rapid joining turnaround times
