Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven US Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various IT and non-IT roles in the US market. Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing is mandatory.

This role will begin as remote for the first 3 to 4 months and may transition into an office-based/hybrid work setup depending on business requirements. The candidate should be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and referrals
• Conduct Boolean searches and advanced talent mapping on LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
• Stay updated on US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Required Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment/staffing
• Mandatory hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and talent mapping
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, and Indeed
• Good understanding of US staffing processes and end-to-end recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to adapt to a startup culture and evolving work setup
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and hiring requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT recruitment is preferred
• Ability to work in night shifts to support US market hiring
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and quick learner
