Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive (2026 Pass-outs) / TA Intern (2027 Pass-outs)

We are looking for energetic and people-oriented MBA graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in recruitment by supporting end-to-end hiring activities, campus engagement, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support end-to-end recruitment activities for campus and entry-level hiring.

* Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement officers for campus drives.

* Source and screen candidate profiles based on hiring requirements.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

* Assist in onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.

* Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.

* Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.

Eligibility:

* MBA/PGDM - HR

* Fresh graduates with Min. 60% throughout the academics

* Strong academic record preferred

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Good organizational and coordination abilities.

* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

* Internship in HR or Talent Acquisition.

* Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is an added advantage.

* Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and campus engagement.
