Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.
• Contact candidates, explain opportunities, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support recruitment activities across IT and non-IT positions, depending on business requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet agreed sourcing, screening, and coordination targets.
• For experienced recruiters, manage assigned requirements and support end-to-end recruitment.

Eligibility & Skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and spreadsheets.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experienced candidates should have relevant recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.

Preferred Skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter and job portal sourcing.
• Boolean search and resume screening.
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Interview scheduling and candidate relationship management.
• Experience recruiting for IT, engineering, or corporate roles.

Experience Levels

• Fresher / Trainee: Recruitment fundamentals, sourcing, and coordination.
• 13 Years: Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment delivery.
• 3–5+ Years: Requirement management, stakeholder communication, sourcing strategy, and end-to-end recruitment.
