• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
