Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Day Shift (11:30AM to 8:30PM)

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)

Experience

• 1 - 3 years in Talent Acquisition (US Healthcare RCM preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare RCM roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Experience in volume hiring and stakeholder management.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of RCM roles such as AR Calling, Medical Billing, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Coding, and Denial Management is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred: Experience in US Healthcare/RCM recruitment.
