Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring with a strong focus on sourcing and screening. The role involves identifying potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings to assess fitment, and coordinating interviews with stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Handle hiring requirements for both IT and Non-IT roles
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate data and track hiring progress
