Role & responsibilities

• To establish a robust talent pipeline, cultivate relationships and stay in regular contact with passive applicants.
  
• Oversee and coach a group of recruiters, offering direction, instruction, and assistance to guarantee that employment targets are fulfilled.
  
• Create and put into practice successful hiring techniques to draw in top candidates in a cutthroat industry.
  
• Oversee vendor interactions with employment portals and outside recruiting firms.
  
• Extend job offers and bargain over employment terms
  
• Keep up of hiring best practices and developments in the BPO sector.
