Talent Acquisition Executive (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
• Maintain good communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• This role will be under Third Party Payroll
• Language Mandatory : Telugu. Kannada, English
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with deadlines.
• Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
