Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Medical Coding and US Healthcare roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, WhatsApp groups and other relevant channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, specialty, certification, salary expectations, notice period and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate technical interviews.
• Maintain timely follow-up with shortlisted, interviewed, selected and offered candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate attendance and joining follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Update candidate status on the same day without pending follow-ups.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly recruitment MIS reports.
• Track the complete recruitment funnel: sourced contacted qualified interviewed selected offered joined.
• Identify candidate drop-offs and take timely corrective action.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and independently.
• Support lateral hiring, volume hiring and fresher/campus hiring as required.
• Coordinate pre-joining communication and hand over confirmed joiners to HR Operations.
• Escalate hiring challenges or delays proactively without waiting for management follow-up.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 13 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience in Medical Coding / US Healthcare / RCM / Healthcare recruitment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Good MS Excel / Google Sheets skills including filters, sorting, basic formulas and recruitment trackers.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for professional candidate communication.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment funnels and hiring conversion ratios.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, accountability and time management.
• Must be consistently available during assigned working hours.
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidates requiring continuous reminders for routine recruitment activities may not be suitable for this role.
• Immediate / early joiners preferred.
