Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract)

Role & responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and translate technical manpower requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical experience, project exposure, qualifications, location, availability, and compensation.
• Coordinate technical interviews and feedback with project and functional teams.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming project requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies across different engineering disciplines and project locations.
• Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, documentation, offer release, and joining follow-up.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress and open positions.
• Build and maintain a database of engineering professionals for future project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/job portal tools.
