Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in Technology Hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple technology requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technology positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage offer negotiation and candidate onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Technology Hiring.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience in hiring for IT/Technology roles.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of various technology skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry will be an advantage.
• Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred.
