JD :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for CRM Agent positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referral.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with the CRM hiring team.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing manpower requirements.
• Regularly follow up with candidates from screening to joining.
• Ensure selected candidates complete documentation and joining formalities on time.
