Position: Recruitment Executive / TA Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, and local hiring channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate selection rounds.
• Manage bulk hiring and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
• Visit client locations whenever required to understand manpower requirements and coordinate hiring needs.
• Coordinate with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and work in a target-oriented environment.
