Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for the company.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with managers for interview feedback and selection.
• Handle salary discussion and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment data and daily/weekly MIS.
• Support employee onboarding and HRMS updates.

Requirements

• 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably from the automobile industry.
• Experience in hiring Sales, Service, Operations and other automobile profiles will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
