About the Role

Source and engage candidates through job boards, professional networking, social platforms, and referrals. Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver top-quality talent in a timely manner.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Work with various employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and handle visa categories including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
• Familiarity with US employment types and visa classifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Must have – BE/ BTech education degree.
• Cab facilities both way, WFO-5 days.
