Talent Acquisition Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, from sourcing and screening to offer release and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports to monitor hiring progress and recruitment performance.
• Ensure adherence to agreed recruitment SLAs and turnaround times (TAT) at every stage of the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
• Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment status reports, and relevant insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support additional recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the client.
