Talent Acquisition Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data, AI, Analytics, ML, and Engineering roles.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other talent channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche analytics and technology skills.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience hiring for Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Digital roles.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and social media platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
