Talent Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Drive hiring targets, TAT, and offer-to-joining conversions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Conduct walk-in drives and hiring campaigns as required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and close manpower requirements.

Requirements:

• 14 years of experience in bulk/non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling high-volume hiring and recruitment targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
